Hi; sorry for the late reply. I got a couple more of my abscessed teeth removed a couple weeks ago. I'd been living with those for some time now and the antibiotics have made me feel a lot better, but so very tired. I guess because my system was under such a strain from the abscess infections for so long!
I'm finally feeling better, though, so it's back to work in full.
It's okay. If I don't tell anybody, how are they supposed to know? Besides, the whole thing was (of course) supposed to be a lot easier and quicker than it turned out to be. *sigh* It's always that way with medical stuff. Right now most of it seems to have healed up but I'm still taking some antibiotics to finish off the infections. Hopefully I can start to be consistent around here again.
Colorful overall piece. The anatomy is well done with the exception of the fingers (you may already know this, but the middle knuckle on the index finger never lines up with the other fingers when in a closed fist).
If you ask me I think it's the spiked cuffs that make her hands appear bigger, not to mention the fact that here, you're not drawing a modelesque woman who is meant to be fawned over but rather a woman who practices martial arts. And in martial arts, they teach the conditioning of the body and in some Kung-Fu school, this also teaches conditioning of the hands which results in stronger, slightly bigger hands.
So Chun-Li having big hands is not surprising considering that she does Kung-Fu and has to condition them to hit hard.
