A New Attitude.Updates.And Patreon?

     2015 is the year I Put up or Shut up. I got to do something with my life and the only way I feel I can is through this art thing. I'm changing my approach to doing art. I'm going back to just going all out and doing my best on every project. I'm pretty much in Fuck it mode. As you can see with the recent drawings I posted I'm not holding back. Which is a good thing not only for me but also for those looking to get commission or sketches from me.

I'm not the one to beg so I'm letting my work do all the talking. That's why I opened up a Patreon account.After I produce what could be my final Blue Baby Art projects,I will be fully invested in my own projects which includes S3xy Libre, erotic anthro/furry work, and comics. To continue to cover costs for these projects I will need pledges. The content I post on Patreon will be free.But it would be cool if my watchers or fans of my work can toss in a few bucks a month just to help me out. The more pledges I receive the more free sketches,original art, and content I will provide for you on the site. Patreon is also a cheaper alternative for those who want to help me out,but don't have the disposable income to commission me up front. My work on Patreon will be all me.Uncut and Raw. So if you want to see what Nezumi is really like and my other characters Patreon is going to be where I will be posting most of that material.

  We got our 6 cons for the year if Fanime decides to hook us up with a table. Even still money is very tight right now for us Luis and I.Even if we get tables we don't know if we will have the funds to cover the cost of the hotel and food for those con dates.

I'm actually looking forward to this con season.It might be awhile after this year if I decide to do it again.That's how it is when you are dependent on others. I'm going to focus on relying on myself. Its frustrating when you got to be work around on someone else's schedule,time, and funds.  I'll be more of an asshole this year when it comes to how I go about things. Nice guys finish last when it comes to business or getting what you want out of life.

Over the coming months I will be asking a few of you guys for some favors. Your free to say yes or no.I will not hold it against you. But I am desperate need of reliable colorists. I already have colorists that I call on and pay. Only thing is I lack the funds to pay people to color my work. And funds for the Blue Baby Art group as a whole can barely cover convention costs. I will be willing to exchange services. I will provide pencils and line art for your projects in exchange for your color work on our projects. Or you can accept payment for your color work after we finish a show. If we do really well at a show and a print that you colored sold really well I have no problems of giving you extra money.This will only be temporary until we get ourselves better financially.

  Me personally know how it sucks not to get compensated for work. I also realize that no one likes to get screwed over including myself. But I can assure you I will make  sure you will be fully compensated for your work whether in trade or financially.The worst case scenario will be I will just have to color my own work or have Luis color it until we get situated financially. So if you can't that's perfectly fine.I totally understand.
